The film features three fine dining establishments in Tokyo that have partnered with ROCOCO: the head chef of a sushi restaurant featured in Tokyo's Best Restaurants, the sommelier of a French restaurant that received The Tabelog Award, and the owner-chef of a Michelin Guide Tokyo-listed, star-awarded Japanese cuisine restaurant.
ROCOCO was born in 2018 as Japan's first luxury beer created specifically for fine dining restaurants.
